I want to lease a portion of my land to Food Church, now what?
Food Church welcomes access to land of all sizes, whether you have a portion of your inner-city yard or a multitude of acres, Food Church will assist with the installation of edible plants, trees, living water vortexing, and other systems for long-term abundance and self-maintenance.
Food Church Property Owners must first agree to not use any harmful chemicals on the property.

FAQ
On top of the Charitable Donation Tax Deduction, Food Church will provide a site assessment, customized Master Project Plan, and installation of edible plants, trees, and related systems to keep them naturally abundant. This process takes a minimum of three years.
Any and all land! Food Church can improve upon and utilize any land available.
The basic process for a new Food Church property is:
- Site assessment, observation (1-2 months)
- A proposed Master Project Plan is submitted to owner for approval containing planting and construction (water, solar, greenhouses) goals.
- Once Master Project Plan is tweaked and agreed upon, work can begin.
Food Church requires a lease for a minimum of three years.
Food Church labor is completed by Food Church staff (as available) and/or by local work-traders (either Day Workers or Resident Stewards.) As Landowner you can set all terms regarding worker capacity. These details will be laid out in the Master Project Plan for your property.
Harvest hours are set according to the plant’s best availability and at the Owner’s discretion.
Landowners have first pick of every harvest.
Food Church use is completely customizable. Any resources that are available to share, Food Church can utilize.
Yes! Food Church is completely customizable to each property owner’s goals and boundaries.
Landowners will not incur any costs if they lease to Food Church. Food Church will supply all tools, labor, seeds and anything else needed to achieve the Master Plan.
Landowners will not profit from Food Church leases, but will be able to have first pick of any harvests. Food Church does not profit from any harvests or land use.
